(Kansas City, Kansas) Lakeside Speedway is set to welcome drivers and fans this Friday for Pepsi Night at the Races featuring the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Racing Series. Car classes competing on Friday include A-Mods, B-Mods, Stock Cars, Pure Stocks, and E-Mods.
Having a look at the current championship point standings, former track champion Darron Fuqua leads the way in A-Mod action just one point over Justin Johnson. Sedalia, Missouri’s Terry Schultz leads the B-Mod standings by 19 points over Mark Schafman. Multiple-time champion Marshall Jewett of Gardner, Kansas, has command of the Pure Stock points by just three points over Don Marrs. Kacey Shields leads Chad Walker by ten markers in the Stock Car division, while Trevor Hand leads E-Mod action over Dennis Melvin by 26 points.
