Under the Friday night lights for a special Military Appreciation Night, honoring the veterans and active-duty personnel in the grandstands The Nextran GMC Weekly Racing series delivered a thrilling showcase of great racing action, drawing an impressive field of 90 cars across 5 evenly matched classes. The ultimate test for the drivers, however, came from the challenging racing surface itself. A dry slick track that demanded intense throttle control, steering finesse, and a constant search for elusive grip, the competitors put on a highly technical, gripping show, proving that raw horsepower meant nothing without the masterful precision needed to navigate the slick conditions from the green flag to the checkered.
